We had piles of junk sitting in front of our garage for weeks. Dump-It took care of it so quickly and easily. And the price was lower than other services. They were a delight to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Dump-It is great. I have used them twice and both times online scheduling was easy, they called ahead and showed up on time, the price was great, and they were friendly and professional. So much easier than loading things up and taking them to the transfer station myself. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent from start to finish -- and a great value. It was easy to schedule online at a time that was convenient and the pricing was as expected -- and every reasonable. The low minimum is helpful. I will never rent a truck and haul my own junk to the transfer station again.

They called to let us know that they could arrive earlier if it was convienent. The two young men were professionally dressed , assessed the cost to be less than quoted over the phone before starting and dug right in once we approved. Upon fully loading the junk they swept and made sure it was clean before payment was collected.

They were on time, came and did what they were supposed to do and I would highly recommend.

Dump-It performed exactly as advertised. Two uniformed guys showed up exactly on time. They were both courteous and professional. One of them looked at my stuff where it was sitting, went back to his truck for two minutes, and gave me the total cost (115 plus tax). I told them to do it, and less than ten minutes later they were done and gone. They were very careful moving the couch through the doors so as not to scratch anything on the house. I paid by credit card with a handheld device that provided a PRINTED receipt signed by me, credit card never left my sight. The cost was cheaper than what my garbage service quoted me for large-item pickup. I will definitely use Dump-It again if I need to scrap lots of big stuff.

They were fast, and completed job within 15 minutes.

We had several piles of debris to be hauled. We went on-line and scheduled service with Dump-it. Their company website is very easy to navigate and allows you to select the day you prefer and a two-hour window for service. We were able to secure a same-day appointment. The workers arrived right on time. They were professional, clean, hard-working and efficient. I would highly recommend Dump-it to family, friends and neighbors.

I set up the appointment online and on the day of the appointment, I received an advance call from Lanz letting me know about when they would be arriving. I did my best to consolidate everything that needed to be hauled away into three areas since I had indicated in my appointment email that I thought it would take an hour or less for them to do the job. They arrived on time and were very good-natured guys. Both were very professional and very polite. I pointed out everything in the garage that needed to go and away it went. They even took a broom to the garage when they were done. Then they cleared out the stuff from the side yard. And then they went back into my spider house of a shed and didn't bat an eye while pulling everything out that I wanted to have dumped or recycled. It was fabulous. It took way less time than I had anticipated. I'm kicking myself for not having investigated their services sooner. They're junk removal angels. I will definitely use them again as the need arises and recommend them to anyone who needs to have their stuff cleared away.

I picked Dump-it soley based on the prices they listed on line. I have used a couple of the other jun removal places in the past and this one seemed a bit less expensive. I scheduled on line for the next day, giving a brief description of what I needed removed. (small table, chair, old rugs, old paint, old flat screen, trash). They gave me a 2 hour window from 10-12 and I received a call right at 10:10 the next day stating they were 15 minutes away. They gave me an "eyeball" estimate right on the spot, stating that a load the size of a sofa is approx. $90 (I forget exactly what he said) and that based on my pile it would be $110, which I was fine with, again, it saves me 2-3 hours of my life trekking back and forth to the dump, electronics recycler etc.. they loaded it up and were out in 15 minutes. The guys were really pleasant and even though they couldn't take the fuller cans of paint, did give me a tip about putting kitty litter in them so I can dispose of them in my own trash.

We needed to have our attached shed repaired with a new door. In the process we needed to remove all the and quot;stuffand quot; from inside the shed. Some of the stuff we wanted to keep but most of it was accumulated stuff intended to be used on projects that were never going to happen and had no value. We were also getting the house painted soon and needed to get rid of all sorts of stuff. I calculated that it would take at least 4 trips to the transfer station using my small utility trailer and take days of time.

I checked out several hauling services on Angie's List and called Dump-It since their pricing was the most straight forward. They came out the same day and had the junk out of here in less than an hour. Best $500 I've ever spent!

At first I thought booking a junk removal appointment on-line might be problematic, but everything went well. The morning of the hauling I made sure that they had me down for the time I had arranged on-line two days prior. They indeed had me down for the two hour time slot. 20 minutes before they were to arrive I got the phone call that they were on their way. The two workers did a great job of hauling away everything and left the area well picked up and even swept the driveway where the refuse had fallen while loading. They had a few comments about the smell, but I didn't blame them as it was pretty nasty work and a wretched stench. They came and went quickly. It took them about 45 minutes to haul it all away. The price was pretty good considering the load amount. I would definitely use them again.
