They charged us $500 set up fee and we really got "set-up". Nothing but positive attitude until we signed the contract. Then the attitude changed. They put a lock box on the front of our building with keys to all apartments and left it wide open to the public. They never rented out a single apartment but had a fee structure that allowed them to charge when units sat empty. After we canned them for endangering our current tenants by leaving the key box open, they decided to try and charge us an additional $500 because we broke our contract with them. All in all it was a poor experience. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon in the industry.

What was good was that they understood the market and what could effectively be done to help. They have a very professional maintenance staff to deal with people that move in and out. They gave us quarterly updates and reminders of our property status and required fee payments. Their pricing is about in the middle of the competitive level in my area. A couple of times they could not make it to get things done but they have been very apologetic; as soon as we made the second or third phone call they would be out the same day,
