They were prompt, professional, personable, and thorough. They were very reasonably priced for the extra things that they had done. I had gotten quotes from two more widely known big stores. I would?ve had to pay five times more had I used them. I have every intention of using Comet Service again in the future.

It was a great experience. Our tub is embedded in our deck and we were worried that we needed to cut the deck. In fact, another service provider who we didn't hire wouldn't help unless we got a carpenter first. However, David came in and was able to get in the control panel without harming the deck. He also fixed our problem (which turned out to be electrical) in short order. He provided a ton of helpful advice. We would absolutely work with him again.

I discovered a leak in the pool equipment near the filter inlet. I was not sure if something could just be tightened or it would have to be fixed from the inside of the canister which holds the filter. He was able to repair it without even opening the canister. About 2 years ago, the light at the swimming pool had gone out. He replaced that. Over the last couple of years, he had given me a lot of information over the phone which had saved me a lot of money. Once I had pulled my back trying to clean the pool and I could not go to the pool for a whole week. The pool was covered with algae. When I called him, he advised me not to buy any expensive chemicals but buy some bleach and clean the pool. This worked very well and saved me money. He was very honest and thorough.
