Excellent Customer Service! Climate Pro is reliable and truly cared about us and our situation. We came home one evening to a cold house. I called Climate Pro, and Warren came over that same night. Although he didn’t have the required replacement part in his van, he adjusted his schedule so he could look for and purchase it the next morning. Less than 24 hours after I called him, I was absolutely thankful to have a heated house again. What’s most amazing was that this all happened during Thanksgiving week! I wasn’t sure we’d find someone to help us right before a holiday, but Climate Pro came through for us. I will happily recommend this company to my friends.

Fine, Warren is very thorough and meticulous in his work, especially troubleshooting problems. He has essentially rebuilt this furnace for us. The only reason I gave a B on responsiveness is that sometimes it takes a while to reach him. In his defense, it was a very cold spell and he was swamped with work.

This was a project long in great details over time with Warren.  Warren's bid was competitive and though nailing down a time took a bit of planning, when the time came to execute the project, I couldn't have asked for a better craftsman.
Warren took the time he needed to do each phase of the project with care and solicit my inputs.  He updated me on his progress at the beginning and the end of each day and laid down drop clothes each day to protect my flooring.  If you want someone to cut corners, do things in a hurry so they can get to the next job, and argue with you each step of the way, go hire another HVAC guy.  As for me who wants a craftsman to do things with great care and excellent craftsmanship, I am going to go with Warren each and every time.

We got lucky and caught Warren before the a/c rush. I called first thing in the morning, it turned out Warren needed to be in my neighborhood later in the day, so he stopped by and diagnosed the a/c unit
Warren seemed detail orientated, had the parts on hand and was able to fix us up before going to his previously scheduled appointment. Our house is nice and cold now.
We will definitely be using him in the future!

I have an older house and the original furnace is still (with several rejuvenations over the years) heating away. To be on the safe side we are having Climate Pro come by each year for an annual inspection. Warren has been very responsive and has found and fixed a few minor irregularities as well as replaced our old manual thermostat with a simple programmable version for a very reasonable fee. He is friendly and helpful and we are very happy with his work.

Last November I returned home after being gone a few days over Thanksgivlng, and found that my furnace had gone qwl. It was down to 46 degrees in the house, so it had been off for awhile. My stepson suggested I call Warren at Climate Pro, which I did. It was about 5:30 PM on a week-end, so I didn't expect to hear from him untll the following Monday. I heard from him within an hour, and he came out at 9:30 THAT NIGHT and fixed the problem. I was so grateful.
I asked him about new furnaces, since the furnace has been here since we bought the house 26 years ago. I made the appointment earlier this year to have him come out and give me an estimate on a new furnace. The new furnace was installed in May and I couldn't be more pleased with the service, knowledge and professionalism I received from Warren. He's truly a pro and I HIGHLY recommend him and his company.

I returned home after several days to find my furnace not working. I called Climate Pro (a recommendation from a family member) and much to my surprise, Warren was able to come out that evening -- about 3 hours after I called. He ran diagnostics, found the problem, fixed it and I had heat again.My end of life furnace will need to be replaced soon, and I will call Climate Pro for the replacement. Their prompt, courteous and professional service has earned my loyalty.

Warren was prompt, professional and courteous. He serviced and repaired the furnace.
The next day, the furnace began to act up,so I called Warren. He promptly returned.
Within approx. 15 minutes, Warren said that he had fixed it. He told me the problem was
something he should have caught during his first visit and this return call was covered by warranty

Warren came to my home and went over details of the project explaining differences between furnaces I had to choose from. He was patient, polite and knowledgeable.

Warren was the consummate professional. Not only was he punctual he went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. He volunteered to come in and take a look at a thermostat and offered some excellent advice on replacing our electric furnace with a heat pump. Warren was extremely courteous and friendly. Insufficient air flow/cooling in home for years. Another company came to the home about 2 wks ago and added some refrigerant and gave me an estimate to clean the air conditioning unit - about $150 more than Warren at Climate Pro. In addition, the suggestion was made that I install a new furnace with variable speeds to accommodate for the lack of air flow - between $4 - 6k - OUCH. John Surdi of Crystal Carpet Cleaning came to my home to give an estimate for my carpet cleaning and I told John my plight about the air conditioner and he recommended "Warren" at Climate Pro. I called Warren the next day, 7/22, and he answered immediately and I proceeded to explain my problem(s) and he said he would call back that evening after he checked his calendar. He called back in about 2 hrs. to set up the 7/24 appt. He is a good listener, knowledgeable, and after assessing the home gave me the good and the bad for the situation. He saved me lots of money by checking on whether a larger motor was available for my type of furnace and would work w/my air conditioner for better results - there was and I saved a lot of $$$. He is a professional and I really appreciate the fact I can enjoy my "cool" home!

Climate Pro Heating and Air Conditioning did the work on time and they showed up when they said they would. They came back a few times to help fix some minor errors and they didnt charge me for the extra visits. They were very punctual and easy to work with.
