Luis did an excellent job and we are delighted with the results - it all looks and smells as good as new! We shall be calling on him again after we move out of our current house.

The owner and helper were great to work with. I would recommend them!

He is very punctual. He has state of the are machinery on his own truck. It is a locally owned business. He does a fabulous job on the carpets. I will use him again. I have been using him for a long time.

a horrid smell that wasnt in the house before he cleaned carpets came up from his using too much water and not extracting it enough.(or whatever else he did) we had to get stanley steamer and pay $360 more. he is cheap and his work is you get what you pay for.also spots came out i want no further contact with him ever and if he bothers me because of this report i will report it to the authorities.he also said he would do my front yard (although he couldnt tell a weed from a flower) for $400 and if i didnt let him he would come back and check to see if it was done. I thought all that way beyond expectations of a carpet. cleaner.I did it myself in two hours.

We wanted to clean our carpet before putting our house on the market, and Luis Moreno was recommended by my real estate agent. He was amazing! He moved furniture as needed and also put styrofoam under table legs, etc. after cleaning to avoid damage or staining on the wet carpet. The carpets were so clean, they looked almost new, especially the stairs, which were pretty soiled. Luis was also very friendly and patient answering questions from my four year old, who was fascinated by the noise, the hoses, etc. Luis left the a blower for us to use overnight to ensure that the carpets were dry before our home went on the market, but his equipment did such a good job extracting the water that we only had to run it a short time. When he returned to pick up the dryer, Luis inspected his work to make sure everything looked good. He also removed the carpet protectors he put under the furniture and made sure everything was back in the proper place. Luis' service was outstanding!

It went very well. The carpets are cleaner than any other time I have hired a carpet cleaner.
