I had struggled for several days with a critically low memory on my hard drive. In spite of my efforts with the usual disk clean up and removing of a number of files, I was unable to retain more than 500 MB of memory, on my hard drive. A friend referred me to Byte Slaves, an onsite computer service. Sven responded to my call immediately and we set up a time for him to assist. At the agreed upon time, I contacted him by phone. He logged in remotely to my computer and rapidly determined, there was a backup program set up to save files to disk. He quickly resolved the problem and then performed a very basic tune up. He also, helped me recover files, I thought I had lost. Throughout the process, Sven was instructive and extremely patient. I was very pleased with his work.
