They came out on a Saturday afternoon when we had the water turned off due to a broken shower valve. They said it would be a $99 service charge minimum plus whatever they had to do. They were here approx 2 hours and replaced a simple shower valve and repaired the connection. And they charged $1200!!! We questioned the amount, which was not detailed on their invoice and the guy shrugged and said, it is what it is.
While I am glad they fixed the shower, it was a complete ripoff for $100 worth of parts and 2 hours of labor.
