MR. THURGOOD WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. EXPLAINING HOW THE TUNING PROCESS WORKED AND WHAT HAD CAUSE ONE OF THE PIANO KEYS TO BECOME LOSE. I HAD ARRANGED FOR MY PIANO AND THREE OF MY FRIEND'S PIANOS TO ALL BE TUNED THE SAME DAY. MR. TURGOOD WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING FOR OUR SCHEDULES.

BOB THURGOOD DID AN AMAZING JOB ON TUNING A PIANO WE HAD HAD IN THE FAMILY FOR QUITE SOME TIME. HE SPENT QUITE A FEW HOURS TRYING TO GET THE SOUND JUST RIGHT.
