Description of Work: I used Bill Pay to pay my mortgage, and the next day Bill Pay paid my mortgage again.

Description of Work: Where do I begin? I'd been an account holder since 1992. We set up student accounts for my 2 children in 2006. Since then, there have been constant fees that BA finds reason to charge. Had to remove paper statements, then had to move to internet/ATM only. Started charging on savings accounts so had to close them. Even charges $30 for a stop payment on a check that had been "lost in the mail" (Chase does not charge for stop payments). I kept these accounts open because of the convenience of transferring between accounts. On a December Saturday morning I found out that BA had sold these accounts to Washington Federal without notifying me to have a say in the matter. As it was, they sold just my son who was at school in Ellensburg where there is no Bank of America and no Washington Federal. They had effectively severed my son's financial support. Meantime, the weekend of this discovery, BA had shut down my internet credit card payment ability to "provide for a smooth transition". Washington Federal also was not allowing online accounts to be set up until Monday. Needless to say, I had to physically go into a branch to make my credit card payment. Went to the ATM to pull out $100 for my son's allowance. Went across the street to place those funds into his account (Chase is in Eburg) and opened my own account. What remains at BA is my Alaska Airlines credit card (I urge AA to seek another institution to administer the card!). I made a $1500 payment to this AA card this Friday morning at 6:30am. I just found out I don't have use of that card space until Monday! "Payments made on Fridays and over the weekend aren't available on your card until Monday." My money is in limbo for 3 days!
