I was in the process of buying a house, and the inspector had noticed mold in the attic that he recommended we get checked out. The buyer agreed to do so, and hired these guys (which is why I don't know the price he charged). I spoke with the guy who inspected the house, and was struck by his knowledge and professionalism. He also did not do remediation, which he claims (and I agree) means that he can be more neutral, and not try to sell you on unnecessary steps.

Fine, just cost more than we expected (perhaps we didn't understand the quote by phone correctly) & seemed like a lot for little time and work.

+ -1 moreIt was good. They were very professional. It seemed like they had pretty good reviews so I decided to give them a try. They do a great job. They have quick turnaround on the results. I think their price was competitive. I didn’t have any issues with it.

I contacted Robert on Monday to set an appointment for a mold inspection and air testing. He answered all of my questions and was able to set up an appointment the very next morning. When he performed his inspection he explained his steps, answered the additional questions I had and provided additional suggestions and tips to help with our mold issue. We received our report the next day and he again reiterated that if i had any further questions to let him know. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of service!!
