In general everything went fine. We had a leak in some of the pipes that he installed. I called him and he came over to fix it that night, even though he needed to bring his daughter with him because he was watching her that evening and it was a Sunday. Great personality and very reasonable prices. We would definitely use him again.

Allen is a very very nice guy. I think he is very honest, by not charging me for any extra things that I don't need. He has answered all of my questions and made sure to get back to me quickly.
