"I was hired by the condo association to reroof several roof, on different buildings, in that complex. The condo association set the parameters for each job. The condo association works for all of the owners. If an owner wants something done with their unit they must go throw the condo association for that work. I cannot unilaterally change the job specification because the owner of the unit has a disagreement with the board. This is what the unit owner wanted me to do. When he did not get his way with the board he took it out on me with this post. As for the bum bell weights they belonged to the owner of the unit he place them on the roof from his deck. I'm sorry he is dissatisfied with the boards decisions. Out of all of the units I work on for the association he was the only one who had a problem."
