Tom was punctual, gave us an estimate on the spot, and performed the work exactly as he described. He definitely has a good depth of experience with the electrical for hot tubs, and has worked before with the delivery crew for the hot tub compay we used, which was a help.

Tom answered my call quickly and came that day to talk about what we wanted done. He started the job first thing the next morning. He was on time for both appointments. He talked extensively with me about what kind of light fixtures to buy and explained the process. Asked me exactly what we wanted done and made good suggestions for placing our outdoor lights. He brought his employee in on Monday and went over what we wanted again. Once Nick started, he worked quickly and effieciently. He was easy to talk to and even got a couple of things done we didn't origanially ask for. Took the time to show me why one particular light wasn't working and how it was originally installed wrong.
