I HAVE TO SAY THAT I WAS NOT IMPRESSED BY THE APPEARANCE OF THE AGENT OR HIS ABILITY TO COMPLETELY AND PROPERLY EVALUATE OUR PROPERTY AND HOME. I FELT THAT HE DID NOT GIVE A VERY GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. MY CONFIDENCE IN HIS ABILITY WAS VERY LOW AND IN THE END RESULTS I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HIS FINDINGS.
