West Coast Power-Vac

West Coast Power Vac came highly reviewed. Unfortunately, after walking through every room in our house, one of the technicians looked unwell, coughing and breathing heavily. I asked if he was sick, and he reported that he was ill. They were well aware that we had a newborn in the house, having mentioned it to both the business and the technicians. I spoke with West Coast Power Vac, and their only offer at recourse was to have the same technicians return later in the day to wipe down surfaces? Unprofessional and dangerous.

I'm very impressed with the service I just received from West Coast Power Vac. They were on time, super polite and respectful of my home, and very personable. The price they quoted me was what I paid, no upselling was attempted. They took the time to show me what they were doing and explained why, and even showed me pictures when they were done. A++ service!! Will be recommending and will be a repeat customer for sure.

Matt and KK did an exceptional job! They were on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. We definitely would hire them again. Since we ware new to this house, Matt even taught us a few things about our furnace! I highly recommend this company!

We had Matt and Brandon (the owners of West Coast Power Vac) come today to install new venting for our clothes dryer. I called West Coast a little over a week ago about a "check vent" warning light on our dryer. Matt was able to provide an approximate estimate over the phone and we scheduled the appointment. Both Matt and Brandon arrived on time (with masks on), found the problem and worked **** ** installing the new venting per code. The cost was at the low end of the quote. I could not be more satisfied! They will follow up in 2 to 3 years to remind us about the recommended cleaning to avoid any danger from fire as a result of a clogged dryer vent.

Matt and Brandon were punctual, professional and very informative. Communication before the service was excellent and they explained what they were doing every step of the way. I would (and have) recommend them to others for their top-notch service.

Matt and Brandon were incredibly prompt, professional, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. Very enthusiastic about their job and obviously took pride in the service they provide. Learned lots through our discussions and felt comfortable we were in good hands throughout the entirety of the visit. Would highly recommend and will use them again for future vent cleaning services.

Matt and Brandon went above and beyond - quite literally since the dryer vent is on the roof of the third floor, approaching the near-earth orbit of passing satellites. With no complaint, they rose to the occasion and got the job done. They even FINALLY fixed our obnoxious dryer vent which keeps coming apart in the attic. Everyone else has just popped it back together and called it good but Matt and Brandon installed a new connecting piece and added screws to hold it together. Brilliant!! We should have hired them long ago. HIGHLY recommend!

Really well! Brandon was super helpful and informative on the phone when I requested a quote (called back really quickly too), even advising me on how I might be able to correct it myself. Then when I asked if they could just come out and do it, he scheduled it for the very next day! They came on time as promised, called on their way, were quick and efficient and so friendly/polite/professional! And I could tell they were being very careful and safe with COVID requirements and all. Very impressed with this company, would highly recommend for any needs. No upselling of any kind, which is something I'm always afraid of when maintenance companies are used. Thank you Brandon and Matt!

The team showed up on time and did the work quickly and cleanly. Loved having them here, would hire again.

Service team arrived right on time, and were taking full precautions in regards to the ongoing pandemic. (gloves, masks, etc) Vent cleanout was done quickly and efficiently, and they left the work area clean and tidy as well. The plastic 'flapper' that caps off the dryer vent outside the house broke apart during removal, but they had spares on hand and replaced it without issue. Very satisfied with the work performed.

The guys did a great job, and they took pride in their work, good quality to see in the younger generation

West Coast Power Vac did a fantastic job cleaning out our dryer hose. They were on time, careful and cleaned up before they left. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Very professional and proficient.

Matt and Brandon was on time. Job was completely neatly and promptly. They noticed the leaks in the furnace that caused water accumulation and rust. They got that cleaned up and recommended calling for fix. Pointed out other minor problem with the air duct too. They were courteous and honest about problem found. Overall, job well done!

This is the second time I've hired WCPV for help cleaning my dryer vent. They are always on time and do excellent work.

Right on time, explained process and made suggestions, no pressure to buy extra services, and important to pet owners, were very careful not to let my cat out. I would not hesitate to recommend their company. Bottom line: Five stars!
