Bill and his crew do top notch work. They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They provided good solutions to issues we had with our home. Each crew member was a delight. We are asking them back to remodel our kitchen.

They’re phenomenal. It’s been a three-year project. We’re just taking a little bit of a break. They do everything they say they’re going to do. They give you the costs upfront. They actually help you save money by finding a more efficient way to do something. They clean up everything. They’re polite. They follow through any problem you run into. I haven’t had any problems with them.

Contractor was easy to contact and stayed in touch, providing good updates and able to answer all questions. Great follow-up and took care of the major and minor, (but important items to us) items quickly. Billing was detailed and presented as job progressed. The subs showed up on-time and were courteous, friendly and focused on getting the work done. The quality of the work performed was AWESOME! Downside was the project took a little longer than expected (almost 5 weeks) and we underestimated how much effort needed on our part to put everything back together. Lots of dust! One day of house cleaning service was included to help - a nice little extra.

Arrived on time. Sealed off 3 floors of house windows and doors to prevent spread of sheetrock dust. Removed popcorn ceilings from 3 floors of house, repaired sheetrock on 2 floors that had been damaged by water leaks and repaired ceilings where they had dropped over a period of time (house built 1978) . Retextured all ceilings after removal of popcorn and painted. Removal of wallpaper in 2 bathrooms and main hallway, retextured and painted. Removed carpeting and pad, nail strips and staples. Overall we were very satisfied with the job; it was completed in the estimated time frame even though there were other issues discovered during the job.

We have been using Sweatman-Young for all of our remodeling for over 20 yrs. Their work is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Very honest, caring, conscientious. They come in when they say they will, and are finished when they say they'll be. Finished product is fabulous. Simply the best. Very happy.
