Description of Work: We had a water pipe break in the wall in the laundry room. There was a ton of water. The crew from Restoration One showed up much quicker than I expected and took care of everything. They explained everything they were going to do upfront, (so we could understand it), and keep us in the loop for the entire process! The crew was professional looking and took the time to respect our house and belongings. They cleared all the water and dried everything out quickly. They even removed the dry wall so it would dry all the wood out so no mold will grow!

+ -1 moreI accidentally drilled a screw through a water line in my wall while installing shelving. I was able to turn the water off almost immediately, however when I woke up the next morning I realized I made a huge mistake by not calling a water mitigation service immediately! The water had seeped under my subfloor and a huge section of my Brazilian Cherrywood hardwood floor warped and buckled!!! I found Restoration One of South Sound on Angie’s List and called that Sunday morning at 6am. They dispatched to me right away and had a truck at my house in less than an hour. They brought in their equipment and had my floor drying right away. After a couple days they removed their dryers and to my astonishment the floor panels had shrunk back down into place! I thought for certain I would be tearing it out and replacing! Restoration One of South Sound saves me a lot of money and heartache!
