Brad was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He gave me a firm estimate to start & took upon himself to perform additional repairs above & beyond. He was always in contact with me as needed throughout the job and I felt so comfortable with him that I lent him the key to my house! In the end, he did EXACTLY what he proposed (and then some) and after I applied primer & paint to his work, I'm completely satisfied! THANK YOU BRAD!!! YOU'RE A TRUE CRAFTSMAN!!!

Brad was very pleasant to work with and on time, however the quality of his work does not meet my expectations. The first job we used him for was okay but not great. We we're patching an area where we had a water leak. The texture did not match as I would of hoped and I can see where the patch is. The second wall we had him do was terrible! I think I could of done a better job. I had him out twice to try to fix it but it is still awful. We will now have to hire someone to fix it.
Response from PUGET SOUND DRYWALL
"[member name removed] are very nice people, but I don't seem to be able to please them. I feel badly about this. At this point, it's probably best that they try someone else."

Brad sheetrocked the ceilings in the Livingroom, Bedroom, Kitchen, and Bath at our beach cabin over a five day period. He took care to mask the Knotty Pine walls and wood floors against spills and dust, and cleaned up as the job went along. He tacked the perimeter of the sheetrock to the wood molding at the ceiling edges, and made sure the reveal was correct. The smooth finish we wanted was flawless, and we looked at every inch because we painted it ourselves. Very happy with the way it turned out!
Brad is polite, unassuming, and listens to your concerns. He works fast and is a master at finish work. I highly recommend Brad, he's an experienced professional!

I contacted several drywall companies and had a few bids on the project. All the people were fine but I really sensed that Brad took a lot of pride in his work and he was the only one that said he himself would do the project. I've found that employees are just not as caring as owners are and this being a smaller job thought it would be good to work with him since he was well reviewed on Angie's List. I had a special request about dust and asked to have negative pressure with a fan in the window of the room so dust wouldn't make its way into our living space. Additionally we put a filter on the return duct in that room during the dusty parts. The house was fine, no particles on the surfaces or in our air. You can see in the photos an example of his care to keep our appliances clean during the project as well. The project included a full ceiling with 2 width wise soffits in a basement that was previously a suspended ceiling so additional drywall was needed also at the top of the walls. This room is approx 23 x 17 so a decent sized job with 12 canned light cans to cut out as well. A few walls were in need of drywall and each one had to be blended with existing drywall on either side. The wall under the window needed a clean edge as we were going to do a fireplace treatment after and wanted that to be crisp. He put some kind of edge on it and it looks fabulous. I'm attaching pictures of the project as it went and now finally after it's been painted and trimmed out. The project even ended a day earlier than planned because the air was dry and it dried out the mud quicker. I was happy about that but also realized it was just luck. Brad was pleasant to be around, listened attentively and answered all my questions, showed up on time, kept the house clean and if we ever need any drywall done I'll call him first.

The service was excellent. You can't even see where the patch was placed. He did an amazing job keeping the area clean while working over the 3 day period.

I contacted 8 drywall companies (only two responded), Brad responded right away informing me of his availability (in 5 days) during the busy holiday season, so it worked with our schedule as well. He wanted to physically see job prior to providing a bid. He provided a detail estimate and details about what the job entailed. It took 3 trips to complete the entire job, all done consecutively and timely. His job site was extremely neat and clean considering what a mess drywall can be. He was quite the perfectionist, did an outstanding job and would hire him again.

Brad worked on his own and completed the job in one week (5 days).
We were very pleased with the quality of work, his timeliness, and the price.
After I did the painting, you could see how smooth and level it turned out

We've used Brad in the past and when we needed this new work done, there was no question in our mind to use him again.
Brad is one of the most polite, honest and professional contractors I've ever dealt with.
He did a fantastic job the last time (much bigger project) and a fantastic job this time too. He is on time, quick and explains everything that he's doing so there are no questions in my mind before he starts.
When he's finished, he cleans up so well, you'd never know he was there.
His prices surprise me, because I'd expect his work to cost a lot more. How refreshing!
I'd recommend him with no hesitation.

Brad estimated that it would take about 2 weeks to completely finish the loft area in our garage. He arrived to start the job on Thursday afternoon the 13th and was using the job as a fill in job since he only lives about 10 minutes from our home. He worked on our loft every day and arrived around 8 every morning to start work. Some days he would only work a few hours but as he finished his other jobs he spent more time working here. By Wednesday the 19th he had all the sheetrock hung and had started mudding the walls. Thursday he finished with the mudding process. On Friday the 21st he primed the walls and after the paint dried he applied the texturing. Brad was very attentative to detail and checked with us to make sure that the texturing was done as we desired. I would highly recommend Puget Sound Drywall to anyone looking for an experienced craftsman to complete their drywall project.

I am a general contractor who used Puget Sound Drywall to complete a basement remodel. They were very professional and punctual. The customer desired a smooth coat finish. I used Puget Sound Drywall because I wanted an experienced company to handle this job. They were not the cheapest bid that I received but I am glad I chose them because the result was perfect. I would highly recommend PSD to anyone, friend or family. Russell FullerFuller Living Constructionfullerlivingconstruction.com

What my parents said.... Brad is on time, cleans up after himself, honest, friendly and does great work and and stands behind it. We had one area that needed to be redone due to old water damage and he came back out and fixed it free of charge. We will use him again in the future!

WE HAD A VERY HARD TIME FINDING A REPUTABLE DRYWALL COMPANY. I CALLED ALMOST ONE DOZEN COMPANIES AND NONE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. THE OTHER COMPANIES WERE EITHER FLAKEY OR DIDN'T WANT A SMALL REMODEL JOB. WE HAD ONLY ONE ROOM, IN OUR HOUSE, THAT WE NEEDED NEW DRYWALL INSTALLED IN. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASE WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED.
