Property Management
Plateau Property Management, LLC did not return tenant security deposits totaling $2,000 as of 11/01/12. Plateau Property Management, LLC also inflated costs through their maintenance company. Plateau Property Management, LLC took almost a year to rent on of the duplex units.

"This property was in need of a long list of repairs. One of the units was damaged by a vacating tenant & took quite a bit to make it habitable again. After the new tenant moved in, the mice were discovered in the kitchen cabinets which took more time & money to fix. We disclose our maintenance costs by the hour. All of the sub contractors we use do the same."
