General Remodeling
Len Williams came to the site on a Saturday morning with less than a day's notice to evaluate a fixer-upper house prior to my purchase of the property. He identified several projects that would be required to bring the house up to livable condition. After closing on the property, I hired Len to perform this work. His crew showed up when he said they would show up, they performed the work he said they would perform, and they charged what they said they were going to charge. The only unanticipated expense was for the purchase of 3 extra sheets of plywood--and this could not have been foreseen before the work was in progress. What more could you want in a contractor? I will definitely hire him again for future projects.
