Property Appraisal
Love Appraisal was selected to complete an appraisal for a purchase of a new home. The company sent out a junior appraiser and we found glaring issues with the appraisal. For example, marking the wrong condition on the house. He marked the house as a C3, which is: The improvements are well-maintained and feature limited physical depreciation due to normal wear and tear. The house appraised was a C2, which is: The improvements feature no deferred maintenance, little or no physical depreciation, and require no repairs. Virtually all building components are new or have been recently repaired, refinished, or rehabilitated since it was a complete remodel with permits. Also, this is the Seattle market and with the exodus out of the city, home prices have climbed 23%-45% YoY.

SHE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND UNBELIEVABLY FAST WITH THE RESULTS. IN FACT, SHE HAD THE COMPARISON STUDY WITH HER WHEN SHE DID THE WALK THROUGH JUST TO VERIFY THAT IT WAS CORRECT. IT WAS NEXT DAY SERVICE. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
