We had the kitchen empty and the floor ready for refinishing. Jim and son arrived promptly, worked until job was as complete as they could do that day, then came back the next day and finished. The floors looked great. Clean up was complete. No marks on the baseboards. I would definitely use them again.

The cheap, ugly floor that came with our new house had to go. This father & son installation team were recommended by the Great Floors store. They came promptly to our house for an inspection during which they thoroughly outlined the project, thereby winning our confidence. We were glad when their bid came in the lowest of three. They showed up on time, worked long days without even stopping for lunch, and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of their work was superb and they took extra care to ensure that our appliances and fixtures were put back properly. They had estimated 3-4 days and finished the job in slightly under 3. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
