I originally contacted Arbors and More for a quote on a 135-foot block retaining wall. Due to their competitive bid, we then added a wood fence replacement to the project. The crew was out on our jobsite pretty quickly (I believe it only took a week to get on their schedule). I thought that this project would have taken at least a week to complete, but they were done in just 3 days!! They were very professional and did fantastic work on both the fence (approximately 120 feet) and retaining wall (approximately 160 feet). After renting a mini skid for a day and raking dirt for another to spread the first 30 yards of topsoil, I texted Tim to see if they do hydroseed prepping and asked for a quote to spread out the remaining 45 yards of topsoil. I am so grateful that he was able to squeeze us in so quickly, and few days later Tim arrived to grade the whole yard. What would have taken me several days only took Arbors and More about 6 hours. We are very happy with the work that Arbors and More have done for us, and we will definitely be calling Arbors and More for our future projects!

Arbors and More does EXACTLY what they say with stellar results! They provided a competitive bid for my landscape project which included building a fence, pouring a concrete patio (that matched the stairs that were already there) and laying sod. They finished the project in 4 working days. and we couldn't be happier with the result. Owner Tim is an absolute professional answering all questions and providing us options with no hidden surprises. We are completely satisfied with our landscape project. Tim and his team are amazing! They were very professional, do a spectacular work. I was so impressed on how the job turned out. They are friendly and respectful of our property. Did a wonderful of clean up. Working with Mud is a dirty job, and it turned out beautiful. I highly recommend Tim and his team!

Could not believe how quickly Tim responded to a bid request. Received it the same day!! I had requested bids from several contractors and Tim was prompt and reasonable. The job was finished in two days and looks like a dream. Wish more contractors had the same commitment and drive. Looks fabulous. My thanks goes out to Tim and his crew.

Tim was thorough and factual with all the information I needed upon my first call. We effectively made a contract and set a date right away. Then, he followed up by checking the physical address I texted to him, and so good he did that as I had a typo that would have put him in the wrong town. In the end, he honored his initial quote ... he must know his requirements well! The concrete vendor unexpectedly showed up early, on a very hot day. Tim was able to kick into high gear with his crew to make the form in record time! However, he did not want to short quality in the rush, so did a nice job checking the measurements. After the concrete was poured, he and his crew were constantly working the materials into place, with nice attention to detail for finishing touches. Tim talked us through all we needed to know to get good end results, including a last minute observation about potential for undesired Elk & Deer tracks. We acquired an electric fence right away to have in place for a few days, until fully cured. We enjoyed Timâ s expertise and good nature. Feel very good about the quality of our concrete pad. They are a rip-off company they're terrible very unprofessional and disrespectful in their rip-off company

Had 135 feet of an old railroad tie retaining wall and wood fence removed and replaced with a stacking cottage stone retaining wall and wood fence. Was not an easy job to do. Arbors & More did a fantastic job. The final product looks great.

Over $42,000. That is what I paid Arbors and More to build a fence for me. I own a small commercial property and I hired Tim Mackey to build a fence around my property. Tim was the low cost bidder for my property, and although he has good reviews on some websights. The reviews on Yelp were poor. I asked Tim about Yelp, and he said, 'What is Yelp?' I suppose it was the chance to save money that led me to go with him anyway. The fasteners that come standard with the fencing panels and posts we agreed to are hidden fasteners. Instead I got the cheapest fasteners that loop around the posts, and half the screws were not installed. The posts for the fence, were labeled 'upgraded posts' on the contract. It is standard to use thicker posts for the fence, and we had talked about that, yet, the size of the posts were the same size as the panels. The gate that was installed was made of leftover pieces of panels welded together. I asked Tim to meet with me at the property. He agreed and an hour before we were to meet, he cancelled. I live over 200 miles away and had been driving down, to meet with him. I tried to reschedule with him, and even though I gave him several days to choose from, he never was willing to meet with me. I can't tell you how frustrating it is, not to have the ability to discuss things that you don't understand, but instead, only being able to communicate by texting. I had another fence installer look at the fence, and if I was kind, it would be a mediocre installation job. I don't know if he wasn't capable of doing a good job, or just didn't care. This is the first negative review I have ever written, and it saddens me. If you care more about the cost than the results, then Tim is the contractor for you.

They were lowest price, communicated well, on scheduled time, fast and neat, They were very considerate of the rhododendrons.

Tim was very responsive to my request through homeadvisor. He literally called me moments after I put the request in. I had my fence project done within a week from calling, and it was half the cost of the other homeadvisor bid, and a much better quality! I would highly recommend his services.

Tim and his crew were so great and got the entire job done despite problems with sod cutter. He also managed the concrete pump and delivery and was spot on. Will call again when I have another concrete project.

They are a professional company to work with and had the project done within a couple of days. My husband and I were not able to be at the site but were kept in the loop the whole time via e-mail or phone.

From first call to final payment, my experience with Tim (owner) and his team was fantastic. I called several companies and Tim was the most responsive and professional. Many others didn't event bother to return my call, and the ones who did gave me sky-high estimates that seemed based purely on what they felt like charging. Tim's quote was fair, based on measurements I provided, and best of all, my final bill was exactly the same as his quote -- no surprises. His team was friendly, fast, and experienced (sorry about the bee stings, guys!); my fence was completed in two days and looks terrific. I had just one portion of my yard fenced, and I'll definitely be reaching out to Arbors & More when I'm ready to fence the other side. As a first-time homeowner, I so appreciate how easy and affordable they made this project for me--thanks Tim and team!

These guys came and removed/disposed my existing old/rotting/falling down fence and installed a beautiful new fence with two gates on each side. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did the job in the time they committed to. If you need a new fence, I would HIGHLY recommend these guys, plus they are extremely reasonable as well. He did not build the fence I wanted built. He told me he'd build a driveway gate for me, if I hired him. He did not build the driveway gate. In our initial meeting, if he is honest, his mind was somewhere else, when I asked him to build a fence "exactly" like an existing section of fence. He said "No problem." Later, he said I wasn't clear. When someone tells me "No problem" I have always assumed they were clear. I know better now. I told him my neighbor was going to "have to" buy into the project, as he would need to tear down her fence, (Which was falling down.) and build a new fence for me. (Removing her fence, without her consent, I could have been sued.) The neighbor HAD to be involved for this project to move forward. As he was leaving, after giving me the estimate for the fence, he told me he would build a gate for my driveway if I hired him, for free. The fence estimate topped $4,000.00 I spoke with my neighbor, who gave the go ahead, and then got back with him. He scheduled, I thought all was fine. He did not seem to realize he would have to work with my neighbor, on this project and left this all to me. I couldn't reach my neighbor until the scheduled date had passed. I had kept him fully aware of this, and told him I would continue to try to reach her, and recommended that he try as well. I finally got ahold of her, he and my neighbor worked out an agreement, but she asked him to wait for a few weeks. About a month after the initial meeting, my fence was built, however he built it just like the one he took out, not as I requested. He was paid, in full, and on time. I asked about the driveway gate, and he smiled and said, "That deal had expired", as he walked to his truck and drove off. Though the delay was not of my making. It had nothing at all to do with me, and he knew that, and though I tried to explain the difficulties with the neighbor up front, he took his money, and ignored his word, about building a driveway gate, not even as compensation for building my fence wrong. If you hire him, make sure you have everything you want in your bid, and be very familiar with building codes, with regard to fences, in your area, and legal standing, as you will be left on your own if something is not right. This experience would make him, someone I would NEVER recommend!

I had been looking for quite some time for a local contractor to repair or replace the fence gate at my residence. I selected Arbors and More based on Home Advisor recommendations. Tim gave me an estimate for the work and an approximate date when he could come out which was initially about 2 weeks out as I had found out from other contractors that it was the busy season for this type of work, however Tim was actually able to come about a week earlier than what he had originally thought, due to an opening in his schedule, so that was a plus right off the bat. I needed the gate part of my old fence torn down and completely replaced. He arrived at the agreed upon time and was professional. Got the job done in one day. I thought the price was competitive and fair. The finished project is amazing! He did a great job. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Tim and Arbors and More, LLC and I would call them again when I’m ready to replace the entire fence and also replace the deck which will probably be within a year from now. They are definitely getting my business again.

These guys are the best! I needed my old fence torn down and completely replaced due to the recent storms. Tim was quick to come over and give me an estimate. He was professional and fair. The day of the job the guys showed up on time and were very polite and courteous. The finished project is amazing!! They are definitely getting my business again.
