The work crew was not friendly. Agreed upon work was weekly mowing/edging and monthly shrub/flower bed light cleanup. My shrubs and bushes would be overgrown for weeks - along with weeds in the front flower beds. We had to constantly request that the crew trim the shrubs. We thought that we were paying our invoices ahead of the monthly services - but apparently we were not. There was a misunderstanding about our payment date (we weren't late, we misunderstood when the lower, "winter" payments would start) and instead of asking us about the payment, the owner cancelled services. We will not use them again.
