+ -1 moreTim came over to look at the job, and made some suggestions about how to do the work with the least disruption to the existing celing/walls. He estimated the costs of the materials and the overall job, and about the time that would be required. He purchased the materials for me. He asked me about my schedule and was able to work around mine although he had several other jobs going on. He completed the job in approximately the times that he outlined. He was meticulous, quiet, thorough and all and all did a really nice job. He is also a very patient and pleasant man to work with. I was especially happy at the way he cleaned up after the job and did not leave a big mess for me to have to deal with. All and all a great experience, and very affordable. I recommend him strongly.
Description of Work: I hired Tim Breitels to do a couple of dry walling jobs: first to fix a ceiling that had been cut up to install some new light fixtures, and also to take out a closet in order to expand a room. I had heard about Mr. Breitels through my sister -- Tim remodeled her bathroom including design, tile, and construction and did a truly outstanding job at a very affordable price. It turned out to be a beautiful and very functional bathroom that has really added value to the house. Tim did a really nice job on my ceiling, and was great to work with. He listened to my concerns and provided several helpful suggestions that saved me money in the end. The quality of his work was outstanding. He was meticulous with the work, so that I can't tell where the new drywalling starts and the old ends. He was very careful to clean up, was extremely pleasant and always helpful and professional. He was especially great about working around my schedule. I am planning to use Tim again to install some built-in bookcases and cupboards. I will definitely tell my friends about him -- he is a great find!
