Design Builders is a residential construction general contractor who specializes in major remodels and additions. We provide project management, design and permitting services as well as all phases of construction. We regularly serve all of Whatcom county but have provided services as far away as Seattle. Initial consultations are provided at no charge. Further pricing is project dependent yet competetive.

Replaced eight windows, one patio slider and two entry doors. Everything went exactly as planned with no problems.Good job. Very neat and professional. Took about three days to complete.
They replaced eight windows, one slider patio door, and two steel entry doors. All work was completed in three days as promised. The crew was prompt, polite, and neat. I'm very picky about caulking inside windows. It looked great I was pleasantly surprised
I had received five bids from different places. Mark's bid was detailed and the materials qualified for the PSE energy saver rebate as I requested. The other bids were vague and in some cases not very truthful.
I highly recommend Design Builders. They do quality work.
