When the shed finally arrived at my home, after a delay of 7-10 days as I worked with the product team to get the surprise "lift gate" delivery fee of $400 covered, I found that it had arrived damaged in several places and was generally not well assembled (loose staples, etc). One wall was in 2 separate parts; the door siding has a long split in it; and several other pieces were damaged so that they did not function well or appeared damaged. Knowing that the expense & logistics of preparing a replacement would be challenging, I repaired the pieces I could and did my best to build the shed, deciding to ask the vendor for a partial refund, given I had accepted a damaged product (which, as I know as a retailer myself, would be cheaper than making arrangements for a return and replacement). The shed remains vulnerable in certain areas and the vendor has not returned my calls and has refused to extend a partial refund to me.
