FATS

Have used Jerry Everett of FATS for over a decade on a few vehicles. Worth the wait for this one-man operation.

He correctly diagnosed the problems with my drivetrain and only charged a reasonable amount for the diagnosis since I took it to a specialized transmission shop instead. Was easy to talk to, responded to my voicemails (small shop with no receptionist) in short order and was overall very helpful. I took the truck to a transmission specialist to rebuild my transmission instead of having FATS install a remanufactured unit. Otherwise his quote was the lowest I got for installing a remanufactured unit.

I've been going to them for about 7 years and I won't go to anybody else. All I have to do is call and say this is Casey and he knows who it is. The whole family goes there now. He is very fair. If he figures out all it is is a switch, that's all he replaces even if he said, it might be $2000, if it is a $2.00 switch he will say don't worry about it. There is just 2 workers. They are easy to talk to. They take the car out until it makes the noise you want it to make. I trust them. That's the big thing. It is just a little garage. They are very professional but they are not a big place. They wear their uniforms and everything but it is just a little garage.
