About us

At KTS Construction Services, LLC, our excavation crew does much more than haul dirt around. Some responsibilities include; site preparation, grading, trenching and many other soil-related tasks. In a typical residential construction project, the excavation crew shows up after the surveying crew determines the house and lot boundaries. The contractor removes the soil to the depth required for the new foundation and ensures that the soil is firm through compaction tests and compaction with equipment, if necessary. The dig requirements are precise, so our crew is able to use a level and transit to match the grade posted by the surveying crew. After the foundation contractor pours the footers and stem wall, our excavators backfill around the new foundation. Our excavation work isn't limited to residential construction, either. We work to support foundations, driveways, sewer lines, drainage and landscaping projects. Over 30 years experience. Do it all

We hired Dave to do a entire Kitchen makeover. Dave is the most professional contractor we have worked with. Dave was extremely through, looking out for our interest with subs he hired. Dave receptive to our ideas and worked to facilitate our requests. Our appliance dealer commented that Dave was the most hands on contractor they had meet. We have additional projects coming up in the future and plan to use Dave Laube as our contractor. We recommend anyone planning a remodeling project, talk with Dave Laube to see what he could do for them.

Dave is a true master craftsman who takes pride in his work. He started the kitchen remodel on time and had some great ideas that were incoporated into the final plan. He finished the project on time and the remodel turned out perfect. I would definitely recommendRLM Enterprises for any remodeling or major construction project. It is rare to find a contractor who takes such pride in his projects.

He is excellent! I'd give him 5 stars, but no one is perfect. We do rave about him all of the time. He and a designer took our idea from notebook paper and turned it into a beautiful home. I've recommended them to several different people. We had an amazing relationship.
