We keep going back, and my daughter bought a car and my other daughter bought a car. It was a good price.

I think we’ve bought 5 cars from them. We like their cars. We like Toyota really well and they have a car servicing. They have good service managers.

Great customer service

They were just fine.  The set up on the purchase and then going back for the mandatory services like lube and oil change. The quality has always been good.  They have always been very responsive.

They do very good work. We have been using them for years. I bought a car from them back in the '80s and this is the second car we have bought from them.

Overall I was pleased with the service as they were friendly, thorough, quick and delivered what they promised.
We purchased this vehicle from them in 2006 and have never had any problems with either the vehicle (Prius) or their service.

Work was done fine. They took longer than stated by 40 minutes. After two years of complaining, they finally figured out a way to improve the function of my key fob. If it wasn't where I bought the car, I wouldn't go here.

My son, who is a tech, mechanic, at one of the best car repair facilities in Bellingham invited to go with him to Wilson motors. I was looking for a car with high rating in mpg and ease in driving, a version of a wagon for transporting more than people. We used the format from Costco web site where they provide contact to certain automobile companies for excellent pricing and immediate service from those companies. After the contact, they called us right away and gave us the Costco based pricing and invited us to take the car for a test drive. The sales person, Crystal, was very helpful during the test drive, as the hybrid Toyota is a whole different car than I have ever driven. The car wa really what ai wanted and , in addition to the good price, Wilson was charging 0% financing. We closed the deal with another person who offered many other additions, but was applying no pressure to buy unnecessary extensions. All of the necessary paper were signed, the car filled up and off we went. Very fine experience.

Great. I have purchased two Prius from Wilson Toyota..and have had their service dept do the maintenance. The service is prompt, complete, always spotless, polite, and on time.

I really like working with RJ in the SALES dept, and continue to ask him for assistance over the years when looking for used or new cars. He is very low key, honest, finds answers instead of winging stuff. I recommend him to anyone looking at new toyotas.

We purchased a used Toyota 4 runner from Wilson Motors 2 years ago. That experience was fine. Then we took the vehicle in once to have it serviced and that was fine. Then my husband bought a used Tundra out of town and we took it into Wilson to have it serviced. He tried to tell them to double check the rear end to see if it was a regular rear end or a limited slip. The gal just punched in the VIN number and it came up that it was just regular. To make a long story short, they didn't verify and they put in the wrong kind of fluid so in a months time after driving around it was leaking. My husband took it down to my son's shop and they jacked it up and it did have the stamp on it for limited slip. Wilson's just did not take the time to double check it. They had also changed the timing belt and some other stuff. Now we question everything they did.

He had an amazing amount of patience. I had not bought a car in almost 20 years and he really guided me in making a decision. He never called, emailed, bugged, or pressured me into making a decision. He had all of my information but did not try to bother me about buying a car. I have never seen such a low pressure salesman in my life. I wouldn't go back to anyone else; I would only go back to him.

The service was average. Their prices are high, but it is a Toyota dealership. They are average. They are about on time.

First of all, I appreciated their honesty in disclosing that my vehicle was the first Sprinter they had serviced since becoming qualified, and that the service might take a little longer because of that. The service manager seemed to take special care in overseeing the job. They were professional, friendly, and, as far as I can tell, did a good job. They adjusted my headlights on request, whereas the Dodge dealer could not figure out how to do it. Their price seemed reasonable. A minor concern: tire rotation is listed as one of the items covered at this service interval, and it appears that was not done. Also, there was a minor glitch in that after the work was finished, they left me sitting for a half an hour after I had paid and checked out....apparently a miscommunication amongst their staff.
