Work was done quickly and professionally. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been to have the replacement window work and replacement glass work done all on the same day. We had to make two appointments because the replacement glass was not ready when the replacement windows arrived at the installer.

Appreciated the concern of the installers regarding cost effective and safe removal of lead based painted surfaces. These young men worked well together and were efficient and professional. I am so happy I went with this company. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend to friends. The attention to detail and planning/preparation for an excellent outcome was refreshing and appreciated. It was a major purchase for me. I am looking forward to the energy savings and noise reduction. Each window was polished, and the installers neatly removed each window sticker without damage to be submitted to PSE for a rebate.
