First time Van Beek did some work for me and it went very well. Very impressed with quality, setup, and cleanup.
Called them back to do some additional work. After reviewing the job they said they would get it rolling. 3 weeks later no word, called them back to get a update on scheduling. No response. A week later called again and was told they could try to fit me in in two weeks.
If they had followed up on the visit by saying they couldnt get me on the schedule before 3-4 weeks that would have been fine. I understand they may be busy. However, no communication is not acceptable.
