House Cleaning
Initially the cleaning was very conscientious, lots of attention being paid to details. In past months, the quality has slipped dramatically. I called the owner who promised a great job next time or it's free (she was going to take it out of her employees' wages). Next round WAS remarkably better but within a month (visits are every other week) I noticed the little things were being skipped again. I'm going to find another service.
