Sunset Car Wash

We will not use Sunset again and we will encourage others to take their business elsewhere. Brought van in at a time we agreed upon. We were asked to give them around three hours to do it. Came back four hours later. After paying, looked more closely. Cargo area of the van had received poor treatment. Some areas were saturated with shampoo, while others were bone dry (likely never actually washed). Asked technician to come out and explain. We were told extra attention was paid to some spots I pointed at, and was told "...it just wouldn't come out." I then leaned in and was able to easily scrape some of the debris out with my fingernail. They had no explanation, or offer to try to remedy it. Other detailers we have used at least had the professional courtesy for a post-treatment "walk-through" pointing out spots which just would not come out. Very disappointing. I expect much more from a local business which has been operating for a long time.
