SOUTHSTONE HOME INSPECTIONS

Gary showed up on time and spent several hours inspecting the hours and property.  He took photos and detailed notes.  We met him at the end of the inspection and he spent quite a bit of time with us showing his concerns and imparting his knowledge based on decades of experiences in the home inspection and construction businesses.  He was very professional and courteous and provided wonderfully detailed home inspection report for our review.

I was impressed by Gary's expertise and professionalism. His written report, delivered by email, was more than I expected. Very detailed with good photos. Lots of good suggestions. I would strongly recommend him.

Gary was great to work with. He was able to accommodate the date we needed the inspection and arrived early to the house site. He was very easy to work with and candid with his comments. He welcomed my company during the inspection and gave us lots of good feedback on things to watch for in the future and how to maintain the house in addition to the inspection of what was there.
His inspection was thorough, his report complete and he concluded the inspection with a complete walk through of the house and yard with my wife and I highlighting all of the items that he reported. The full inspection took between 3.5-4.0 hours.
I would certainly have Gary do an inspection in the future for me.

It was the most thorough home inspection we've ever had. Gary took a lot of time to walk us through the house and to educate us on the areas that would require attention/maintenance. His final property inspection report is well-organized, thoughtful and extremely detailed--with photos as well. Highly recommend him.
