Minor but annoying problems with motor compartment lid and convertible top rear panel seals. Work was completed to my satisfaction - no further issues.

I love Roger Jobs and will continue to go back. They provide a ride to work, as well as pick-up when they need your car all day. One time my headlight was out and the mechanic was gone. I was able to buy the bulb I needed and the front desk guy showed me how to install it myself.

I love this company because of their servicing and their repair department. They always remember my name, always fit me in within a few days AND give me an awesome loaner so I'm not put out just because I'm getting a service. I can't speak highly enough about their auto fixing/servicing department. It's enough for me to want to buy another Audi.

I called Monday morning, 7/09, at 8 am, and spoke with Jeff, the VW service manager. My car was undriveable. He got me in within an hour. Early afternoon, he called with the diagnosis. It wasn't pretty, and he let me have some time to think about it. I went ahead and had the work done. The next day, some parts were needed to complete the work, but they wouldn't be in until Wednesday. Jeff called and provided a loaner and a courtesy ride to the dealership. I was literally in the loaner within 45 minutes. He called Wednesday when the work was done, and when I went in to pick up my car, he spent the time to go through each item with me. Not so amazing, except that he was constantly getting paged to the phone, and there were other customers waiting. You wouldn't have known it by his demeanor. Overall, I feel I received the value for my dollar, and I'll be back.

Service is Great. The man in charge of my car (Audi) is very responsive. Knows my name, tells me approximately about what service will be done and cost. My car is spotlessly clean when I get it back. Great, Dependable service.

It's a good place to take a vehicle. They are nice and fixed our vehicle. I'll be going back on Friday.

The smiles are there up front...as they have their hands in your wallet!
