+ -1 moreI went into the office on August 8, 2016 and spoke with the realtor Julie about my housing needs. She said she could help me but I'd need to complete a 'prequalification' form along with a $35 fee. I completed the form and paid the fee. I got an email the next day saying everything was fine, which I knew it would be. And that was that. I've called her and emailed her asking about when something would be coming up and I would get very short uninformative answers. All I wanted was a ballpark idea of when I could expect to hear of ANY property (ie November, December, January, etc). A month passed and I have yet to be called or emailed about any property. I haven't driven by any properties nor have I set foot in any properties. It's like once she got my fee she blew me off.
