All service took about 90 mins; no arguments or problems using competitor's coupon. Have used this dealer's service dept many times in past; it's is usually very satisfactory.

Dropped car off first thing in the morning, with the understanding the car would get the full 30K service that day and I'd be able to pick the car up in the afternoon. Left several messages asking about the car's status between about 2 and 4pm - didn't get a call back that the car was ready until 5 minutes before they closed for the day, so I had to wait until the following day to get the car. Somewhat frustrating, in that I had been promised 1 day service when the appointment was made. I might have looked elsewhere had they been honest and said it would take 2 days because they were "busy".
