Brandon cleaned our carpeting (if I am allowed to say...) perfectly. I would recommend and hire him again when needed.

I called Performance because of its high rating on Angie's List. At first I was concerned that there wasn't a website listed, but Brandon, the owner/operator, picked up my call right away. He asked several good questions, gave me an estimate, and set up a time. He arrived on time and got right to work. He uses a double extraction process with environmentally friendly cleaning products. He encouraged me to put on the shoe coverings he brought and review all his work before he finished the invoice and left. I will most definitely use Performance Carpet Cleaning again.

I'm amazed at Brandon's thoroughness. He brought our (2) couches back to new condition, same with the carpet and area rug. He really seems to care about doing 100% and not speeding through the job. Very little moisture left after he was done.

Brandon cleaned all of the carpet in our house (which is entirely carpeted except for bathrooms and kitchen.) We have had carpets cleaned before, but I've never seen anyone be as thorough as Brandon was. He removed every single little stain and spec on our floors. after he left, our carpet was looking like new again. He is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We've already scheduled the next cleaning with him.
