Superb service that exceed my expectations! Phil and Steve are an exceptional team.
Phil was the gentleman that initially assisted me on the phone, and he was extraordinarily insightful and helpful. He mentioned a couple of options after patiently hearing me describe the problem, and he provided a quote for what he suspected might have been the issue (in order to provide me with a range of possibilities).  They were very accommodating with their availability, and they incorporated me into their schedule immediately.
When I entered their office, Phil and Steve greeted me as soon as I entered, and they went to work.  They finished the job within their time estimate, and the invoice was in keeping with their original assessment.
Their shop is immaculately clean, and it is well organized.  The instantaneous impression that they transmit in conduct and appearance is one of professionalism and efficiency.  They instilled in me a tremendous measure of confidence.
The best part is that my vehicle runs smoothly.  A JOB WELL DONE!

Steve has done brake work, AC work, transmission work and much more on our vehicles (Dodge Dakota p/up and a Subaru Legacy GT).  He always finishes the job on time and on budget.

I called the week before and explained the problem, and wanted to wait a week to get it repaired because it was not a good time to be without my car.  The service manager explained that it was ok but if the check engine light comes on to come in soon and if the light starts blinking bring in the car right away.  I managed to go for another 5 days and the check engine light came on and started blinking 5 minutes later.  So I took the car in to just drop it off so it could be fixed when they could get to it, no appointment.  All the work was complete by the next morning.  I was very pleased with how fast, friendly, and accommodating this shop was.  My car is running fine now.

Panacea Automotive provide an excellent service. Their prices are not cheap, just market rate. They don't do work that doesn't need to be done and they don't overcharge you either.

We have four different cars, my wife and I and my son takes his car there and when my daughter who lives in Seattle comes up and when her car needed some work, she takes it there. We are a regular costumers. Their prices are fair. There are other times when we turn back the car and didn't charge us for the labor the next time around. He makes good on repairs. He stands-by at what he does. We recommend him to a lot of people.
