Upon reviewing your file, it appears your previously installed door was wood, which is able to be sculpted to fit a floor that is not level. A floor that is not level may not be noticeable until a wood door is replaced with a steel door, like in this situation. At that time there are only a few options left to correct this issue. When it comes to [Member Information Removed] changes we always encourage customers to change both springs however, it is ultimately there own choice. We do this because there have been past instances in which we replaced 1 of 2 springs and then a week later the other [Member Information Removed] breaks.
