Osario did several projects immediately for the house I just boughtâ renovating my basement and building a kitchenette; landscaping, cleaned the gutters, built a wall and installed a door, painting walls, and installing garbage disposals and blinds. I couldnâ t be happier with their work. Iâ ve worked with dozens of home contractors, and when I find me that is fair priced, works quick, are good people and easy to work with, I stay with them. Osario, David and their team are each of those things. Quality work, fair price. Five star recommendation.

The crew arrived early the next morning after I met with the owner. They removed a small tree, a large Bush, & trimmed a Japanese Maple without power tools in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Orsorios Lawn Care.

I recently had Osorio Lawncare & Contract Services replace the composition roof on my manufactured home and carport. Mateo Osorio gave me a very competitive bid. They showed up on time, and did an excellent job! They were very courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Mateo also takes care of my yard maintenance including tree trimming. Very responsible--arrived on time to do the estimate and he and his crew arrived on time with the tools to trim a tree and haul away a very heavy chest freezer that was in service 60+ years.

Mateo and his crew were awesome. They arrived early, worked diligently, and in only a few hours removed one large tree completely and pruned another that had been woefully neglected for two years and quite overgrown. They hauled everything away, did a super job on cleanup, and left our yard looking better than it has all summer for a price that was quite reasonable. They were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

They called me today, I told them to come over, and a crew of 6 arrived promptly at my home. They were done in a few hours, and everything looked good.
