Fixing the door resulted in a problem with some electronics. Patrick was very helpful and went the extra mile to get everything working.

Repaired side did not match other. Mudflap installed poorly.

The way they handle the car everything, they explain things and it was fine.

The service was paid for by Geico Insurance.They (Geico) nudged me toward using Olsen's (Geico has an office in Olsen's business) They assured me a "Lifetime Guarantee".

At the time of the repairs, the color did not match. I had to take the vehicle back in for a 2nd painting (where they feathered the color into the rest of the car to blend it). The vehicle had not had the correct color match since then.

When I took my car back two years later because of their painting developing cracks, they told me that it was from previous damage. I asked "You painted over damage that was there already?"  They said "Yes". Granted, I am not an auto body professional, but why in the heck would you just paint over previous damage and not even mention it? They had an excuse for each thing they did. They did NOT stand behind their work.

Went well. Called back and they referred me to a good place to get my struts done. I appreciated their help even though I didn't use their referral. Plus my insurance works through them.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Olsens. I was rear ended just three days before the Thanksgiving holiday. With my car out of commision, I had no idea how I was going to travel to visit my famly. I was waiting for the insurance company to agree that my car was undriveable and provide me with a rental. I had already gone a day wit out a car and was on hold with the insurance agency for the response the day I was to travel home to see my family. Olsen's could see that I was stressed and told me that they wanted to me to start having a nice holiday and made arrangements with a car rental place themselves and said they would make sure I wasn't liable to pay for the car and they didn't want me to wait for the response from the insurance agency and that they would handle that. Also, it turned out one of my parts was on back order and I've been in my rental for almost a month. I appreciate their honesty, communication, professionalism and respect. I really felt that they cared about my experience and understood that car accidents can be stressful. This company has integrity!!

Excellent. Went in. Talked to Darrel, explained my situation. It's a leased car, some latitude is given but I don't like driving a car with scratches such as these. Preferred not to go through insurance as I felt deductible would be comparable or more than cost. Did not disclose deductible at that time. Car was checked over and I liked what he said on how the work would be done and price seemed fair. I do think prices in general for these types of things are high but believed Olsen (in the competitive market this business is in) was fair and exceptional to what others were wanting to charge. Focused on bumper and mirror scratches and chose not to deal with scratches under bumper but did ask for an assessment on them when work was being done.
We made a deal; brought car in. Got a ride to Olsen but did not have a ride to get car (new to this area). Brought car in on Monday, car was ready Tuesday afternoon. A very nice young man (Aaron) picked me up to bring me to Olsen to get my car. Service was complimentary. Very nice, respectful, professional young man. Might add I live relatively close to the auto shop. -- not sure about valet service policies in general but something worth discussing if needed. Really appreciated that. Car looked wonderful; cost exactly as estimated and was told the scratches under bumper were not to bad so at no extra cost they fixed them. Unexpected wonderful bonus.

This company worked on my daughter's car. I have had them do work for me in the past as well. Recently, my daughter had her rear bumper ripped off by another car. Olsen's did a great job in repairing everything. The only reason you would notice that something happened, would be that the area they fixed looks better than the rest of the car.
