Quote far too expensive so did not go a head, using someone else. I am well aware of the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ but their daily rate is prohibitively expensive.

Initially during the wash they went above and beyond the requirement to ensure a clean house. the staining is going very well. I would use them again and do not hesitate to recommend them for their knowledge and professionalism.

The called set up a appointment to give quote, Called me 45 min. after they were to be here and told me that the one they were working on ran long and could they reschedule for tomorrow. The next day they called 2 hour after they were to be here and told me they FORGOT! They chose the time and day. I told them to for get it.

We have been flooded with estimates during Phase 1 of this COVID-19 pandemic and have tried to make it to every single estimate that comes in, but some times it is just not possible. Our entire team at Next Generation Painting apologizes for the miscommunication that took place when scheduling your appointment. We experienced a serious technical issue with our scheduling software, which caused us to schedule an estimate with too little time between yours. The other estimate was on the opposite side of the county and it ran late. As a result, we were not able to meet our scheduled service window at your home. Just wonderful. They came out to pressure wash it and dried it out and came back. They were great. I highly recommend them and I'd use them again. It was really competitive. It was such good experience.
