Mobile Floor Coverings

Not satisfied with the quality of work provided from this business with my homes carpet install. First of all they do not clean up at all after the install, leaving carpet debris throughout the carpets and house. The installers did not have strong business acumen and were not very professional, and often gave off an attitude. There seems to be a lack of accountability for the quality of customer service and quality of work the installers provide. After the carpet install there were several issues noticed including torn fibers, debris, uneven edges and poor carpet transitions. They sent the installers back out and their first response was “there’s nothing we can do about it” when showing them the issues. There were gaps in the carpets on all stair cases, which they said they couldn’t fix but did end up fixing a few of the gaps after having to advise it really wasn’t acceptable. And there is noticeable carpet transitions throughout the house where there shouldn’t be that look extremely unappealing which they did not fix. I would not recommend this company. I paid over $11,000+ and the carpet install looks horrible.

Communication was exceptional. Very helpful in guiding me to product decision. Speedy estimate. Scheduled work was done as planned. Workmanship was was detailed and well executed. Workers cleaned the area nicely.  Every person I dealt with was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the product and the job at hand. I will hire them again.

Everything went well. They did quality work for fair price, they offered good customer service, and they completed the job without any issues.

We needed a fairly dark brown flooring for it to fit with everything else and not look odd. My first visit to their office/supply storage I was shown what was on hand and ready to go. I think they were trying to save me money with less expensive materials they had in stock but I decided I wanted something else that matches in my home the best. Now that its installed I know I was right.
They probably can save you money on materials if they have something that works in your home. The materials I needed were a special order from Home Depot; took two weeks for it to arrive.
Once the materials were on hand, these guys came and did really good job on the installation.

One irk, they didnt put down any protective sheeting over the floor where tools went or where there was alot of traffic. It was a dry day but on a rainy day this could have gotten a little messy. In the future I plan to put down cardboard or something.

Jeff Vernon provided excellent advice, excellent service, and excellent quality. His employees were very respectful of our property. We are very happy with our "new " home.

The process went very well. John placed the order expeditiously, it arrived when he said it would, and it was laid almost immediately. Even though I have never purchased from John previously, he accepted my email confirmation as good enough to place my order and didn't wait for my mailed check deposit to arrive. All along the process I felt I was dealing with an honest businessman which I appreciated.
