As the manager of the store explained to this customer he was treated very fairly as the customer had took his vehicle in after doing his own repairs and didn't resolve the issue himself. The manager had his technician loom at the vehicle and when he couldn't figure it out he appointed a second technician to look at it, after a couple of hours the manager informed the customer that they had found the problem and that it was a damaged wire and bad fuse, and that the problem was resolved. The customer paid for only 1 hour of service even though the technicians worked on it for 2 hours diagnosing the electrical system. The customer was irate because the ac didn't work in the building and started threatening the store manager to which the store manager informed the customer that they were being more than fair in only charging for 1 hour of service. I feel they are very fair and very honest. The new store manager was very polite and will do whatever it takes to make customers happy to keep them coming back, I know I will for sure. Great job Kevin.

It took them three hours to replace a fuse while I sat in a stifling hot waiting area with no a/c or fan and when I asked the owner Patrick Birnbaum why... he replied that it was too expensive to repair. An 80 year old diabetic I will surely never go to them again...!

The work was very nicely done and they did it in a timely fashion.  The price was not too bad.  It was a nice job.  Considering the work done, the price was reasonable.  There are things that I can do with my vehicle and there are things that I'd rather not do on my vehicle.  The work required a shop environment, welding and specialized tools so I'd rather not do it in the driveway so I took it to a qualified place.  

There was a concern on price that was quoted over the phone and they reduced the price even though the quote wasn't in the system. Got better parts from O Reily's across the way and Midas installed. Good way to go

We were not happy with them. They have this free muffler deal but by the time they get you in it is a little ways from being a free muffler. We won't be going back to Midas. We will go elsewhere. The service was fine. There wasn't anything wrong with the service. By the time we got done we felt like we more than paid for our new muffler with the other products they sold us and the mark up. This was not the first time this has happened to me at this place.

Their service charge was different for everything they have done. It was conveniently located and the price was good. Everything was fine.

I used Midas four months ago and will use them again. I think they did a really great job and are very reasonable. Their prices are right in there with anybody else, so maybe you can get it cheaper or better.
