Kira B. has always been very reliable, honest, straight forward, and good at explaining tax info so that I understand. The whole staff at Metcalf Hodges has always been professional and kind. They make you feel welcome. They offer coffee and snacks in their waiting area. Good service and highly efficient/productive people. The finished returns have always been well organized and neatly presented. Highly recommend!
