I had to point out things they missed. Not done as thoroughly as I expected. Although I indicated I was willing to consider paying for additional time of 1 or 2 hours if needed (they had made enough progress to satisfy me), they went on their way and I then noticed that what I would have liked done could have been done in that amount of time and I was left with it to do myself and found one or two things they missed even though I had pointed them out. I sent comments to their employer, but received no response.

They did an excellent job and their price was reasonable. My wife saw the pictures and she didn’t even think that that was our bathroom. That can’t be hard but they got it fixed and they did a really good job. They responded real quick.
