I called Mike, we played phone tag till we finally used email to set a time and date. He came out exactly on time. He explained everything, set things up and and showed me how to do it in the future. And he charged me $20. I was expecting to pay much more. He is a nice pleasant fellow who I will call again if I have computer problems.
