IWS Building Services is owned and run by Scott Munkres.  Scott is a professional painter.  IWS was recommended to us by our management company who had previously used Scott on other property projects.  The entire project from start to finish was performed in a professional, organized, and efficient manner under Scott's direction.  The other painters with IWS were also very professional and proficient.  When they said they were going to be there on the job, they were.  If they said they were going to do something, they did it.  It was very evident that all of the painters on this job were very good at what they were doing, knew what they were doing, and paid great attention to detail, making sure the job was done right the first time.  Scott took the time to explain the job in detail, making sure we understood everything that was being done and was always willing to answer any questions we had.  He took great pains to accurately match the 3 different colors on the buildings and used only the highest quality paint and materials. Also, when the job was finished we did a walk around to catch anything that could have been missed or needed correction......we found very little.  I had watched other painters work in the past and was not impressed.  Scott and IWS impressed me.  The buildings turned out beautifully and should look good and last for many years to come.  I would recommend IWS to anyone that needs exterior painting done.  We will hopefully be using IWS in the future as we plan to paint 2 buildings every year.  Thank you Scott for a job well done.
